DentAlly is one of Delhi NCR's leading multi-speciality dental clinics, known for delivering advanced dental care through digital dentistry, dental implants, smile makeovers, Invisalign, and full-mouth rehabilitation. We are looking for a creative and strategic individual who can help build a strong digital presence while creating engaging, educational, and high-performing content across social media platforms.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Content Creator & Strategist Intern, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that strengthens DentAlly's brand presence. You'll work closely with our marketing team and doctors to transform patient journeys, treatments, and educational topics into engaging social media content that drives awareness, trust, and patient enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and short-form scripts for Reels and videos.
• Coordinate with doctors and the design team to create educational, promotional, and patient-centric content.
• Research trending social media formats, audio, hashtags, and content opportunities within the healthcare industry.
• Assist in shooting and planning patient testimonials, treatment transformations, behind-the-scenes content, and doctor-led educational videos.
• Monitor content performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics, audience behaviour, and engagement trends.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and AI content trends.

Required Skills

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience managing social media pages or creating content is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, AI tools (such as ChatGPT), and healthcare marketing is an added advantage.
