We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and execute innovative social media strategies for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should understand audience behavior, platform algorithms, content trends, and digital storytelling while collaborating with creative, design, video, and performance marketing teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to identify content opportunities.
- Plan engaging campaigns including reels, UGC, influencer collaborations, and trend-based content.
- Write compelling content briefs and collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics and platform insights.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and AI-powered content tools.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with account managers and performance marketing teams to integrate organic and paid campaigns.
- Reviewing the content to ensure that it complies with relevant regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience creating content strategies for B2B and B2C brands.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, and project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of video content planning and short-form content strategies.
