As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies tailored to B2B audiences. You'll manage end-to-end campaigns, from ideation to reporting, ensuring measurable results for our clients. The role requires creativity, strong knowledge of B2B marketing dynamics, and hands-on execution skills across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for B2B clients to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage day-to-day operations of client social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram if relevant).
- Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns, including audience targeting, ad management, and budget optimization.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging B2B-focused content (posts, infographics, videos, thought leadership snippets, case studies).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, performance marketing, account managers) to align campaigns with client objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, B2B marketing best practices, and competitor activities.
- Manage client communication on campaign performance and improvement plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of proven experience in social media marketing (B2B agency or client-side preferred).
- Strong understanding ofLinkedIn marketing(organic + paid), and familiarity with other platforms used for B2B.
- Hands-on experience withLinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Knowledge of content formats suited for B2B engagement (thought leadership posts, whitepapers, webinars, case studies).
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Sprout Social/Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills tailored for professional audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing via social channels.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Creative design skills (basic Canva/Adobe tools).
