As we expand our brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and testing communities, we're looking for a creative powerhouse who can craft high-impact, social-first content that drives visibility, engagement, and influence.
About The Role
We're seeking a
highly creative Social Media Specialist who understands storytelling, viral formats, and platform-native content. This role requires someone who can independently ideate, script, design, and execute social content that resonates with tech, SaaS, QA/testing, and AI audiences.
Basic design skills are essential; exceptional creativity is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Viral Content Creation & Ideation
- Conceptualize and execute high-engagement, viral-ready content such as reels, short videos, carousels, memes, motion graphics, and narratives.
- Research trending topics, formats, and hooks in tech, SaaS, QA/testing, and AI communities.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and captions optimized for shareability and platform-native behavior.
- Translate complex testing/AI topics into simple, engaging, scroll-stopping content.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Plan platform-specific content strategies (LinkedIn vs Instagram vs YouTube).
- Monitor performance analytics and continuously experiment with new formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Manage posting, scheduling, community interaction, and follower growth.
Visual & Creative Production
- Produce social-first creatives using Canva, Figma, simple editing tools, or basic motion graphics apps.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for advanced deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Actively engage with the QA, developer, tester, and AI communities.
- Participate in discussions, comment threads, and trending conversations to boost visibility.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, testers, and thought leaders.
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital storytelling.
- Proven ability to create viral or high-performing contentshare portfolio links if available.
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to craft sharp hooks, captions, and story narratives.
- Basic design competency (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).
- Understanding of analytics tools (LinkedIn analytics, IG insights, YouTube Studio).
- Creative, self-driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: experience in tech/SaaS/B2B content (not mandatory but preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
- Meme creation / humor-based content
- Ability to repurpose blogs, webinars, and product features into engaging social stories
- Experience supporting campaigns, product launches, webinars, or event coverage
