Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Posting
Plan and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X)
Coordinate with graphic designers & video editors for creatives and reels
Ensure brand tone, consistency, and accuracy in all posts
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs
2. Campaign Management
Execute social media campaigns for:
Admissions
Events, workshops & webinars
Achievements & announcements
Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating creatives and captions
3. Engagement & Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
Monitor brand mentions and audience feedback
Build positive engagement and online community
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track post performance, reach, engagement & follower growth
Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports
Suggest improvements based on insights and trends
5. Trend & Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels, audio & formats
Analyze competitor activity and suggest content ideas
Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe / CapCut / Reels editing
Good English & Hindi communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in education / healthcare / professional training sector (preferred)
