Brand & Customer Experience Executive

Experience:24 Years

Location:Bangalore

About the Role:

HealthSense is looking for a proactive and socially aware professional who will have strong communication skills and will be responsible for maintaining product reviews, building relationships with influencers, and ensuring positive brand visibility through genuine digital engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage brand/product reviews across all major digital platforms (Amazon, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute review generation campaigns to build brand credibility
  • Identify, connect with, and onboard relevant influencers and reviewers to create authentic content
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and reviewers
  • Handle and resolve negative feedback tactfully, converting it into positive experiences
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing tools, and engagement techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • 24 years of experience in brand communication, customer experience, social media management, & content marketing

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, someone who understands the digital pulse and thrives on positive engagement
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and influencer ecosystems
  • Creative, proactive, and customer-first mindset
