Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Good copywriting and communication skills
