Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
- Research audience preferences, trends, and competitor activities
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging content (text, graphics, short videos, reels, stories)
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging
- Schedule posts using social media management tools
Platform Management
Manage daily operations across platforms such as:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Twitter (X)
- YouTube
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner, Monitor social conversations and manage online reputation
Campaign & Ads Management
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Use analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
Preferred:
- Experience running paid ads
- Knowledge digital marketing fundamentals
