Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, executing marketing and digital strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering strong online communities. Additionally, the professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify brand awareness and improve customer engagement through various online platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing with a proven track record of engaging campaigns
• Strong skills in communication and team collaboration
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and effectively manage time and tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
