Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role: Social Media Marketing & Visual Designer (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic fresher who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and visual design. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in branding, content creation, and performance-driven marketing.

You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to create engaging content that strengthens our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and post content on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, clicks, engagement)

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for:
• Social media posts & stories
• Ads & banners
• Website & landing pages
• Email marketing creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Make quick design edits based on feedback
• Knowledge of Designing tools like Photoshop/ Canva/Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut

Content & Branding Support

• Assist in creating marketing materials such as:
• Pitch decks
• Brochures
• Infographics
• Support campaigns, product launches, and employer branding initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Hands-on experience (academic / internship / personal projects) with:
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (basic level)
• Basic understanding of:
• Branding
• Digital marketing
• Visual aesthetics
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or freelance experience
• Knowledge of video tools like Photoshop/ Canva/Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
• Understanding of LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads
• Interest in AI tools for marketing & design
