Role Overview
GreenHonchos is looking for a strategic and execution-focused D2C Business Manager to lead key brand partnerships and drive topline growth. This role is suited for someone who understands the nuances of consumer-facing eCommerce brands and has directly contributed to scaling D2C businesses through cross-functional collaboration and data-backed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies for various clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging and on-brand content (text, images, video, etc.) that resonates with target audiences. Work closely with the creative team to develop visual assets. Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and foster community growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts and improve ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, applying them where relevant to client strategies.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, audiences, and brand voice, ensuring social media efforts align with their objectives.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to boost campaign reach and engagement where applicable.
Required Qualifications :-
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g.,Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
