About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Expert who can lead Wytlabs brand presence across organic and paid channels.
This role blends brand storytelling and performance marketing perfect for someone who can craft engaging content for a global B2B audience while optimizing campaigns for measurable results. You'll plan, create, and analyze content and ads across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, Google, and emerging channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with Wytlabs business and brand goals.
- Build and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Identify global B2B trends, hashtags, and formats to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to deliver platform-specific creative assets.
Content & Community Management
- Create or brief compelling posts, reels, carousels, and thought-leadership content tailored for an international audience.
- Write engaging copy and CTAs that reflect Wytlabs tone and positioning.
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and DMs/comments professionally.
- Support influencer or partner collaborations relevant to B2B and marketing audiences.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Set up pixel tracking, events, custom audiences, and retargeting flows.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets and optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators across organic and paid campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards and actionable insights.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive data-backed decisions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the internal marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinate efficiently across international time zones and maintain clear communication with US-facing stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 24 years of experience managing brand social media and paid ad campaigns end-to-end.
- Proven track record in driving engagement, lead generation, or conversions through digital channels.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for a global B2B audience.
