Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media Marketing Specialist to join Best NanoTech. You will be the voice of our brand across digital platforms, responsible for translating complex nanoscience achievements into compelling stories that resonate with investors, industry partners, and the scientific community. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and position Best NanoTech as a global leader in innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and industry-specific platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including technical blog posts, explainer videos, infographics, and live-coverage of lab breakthroughs.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, industry influencers, and researchers to foster a vibrant online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our R&D and Product teams to ensure scientific accuracy in all external communications.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on nanotechnology news and social media trends to keep our brand relevant.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a STEM, Biotech, or Deep Tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a background or strong interest in Science/Engineering is a huge plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify nano-sized complexities for a macro audience.
- Mindset: Data-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
