Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars
- Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, carousels, and social media campaigns
- Support in creating captions, hooks, and storytelling content
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Track engagement metrics and assist in performance reporting
- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign execution
Requirements
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Creative thinking with trend awareness
- Good communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
