Job Title: Social Media Intern 

Location: Pune (On-site) 

Duration: 3 Months 

Stipend: Paid Internship

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who loves content, trends, and storytelling. You will work closely with our marketing team to create, manage, and grow social media presence for multiple brands across industries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars

● Create engaging captions, hooks, and basic content ideas

● Support in designing posts (with tools like Canva) and coordinating with designers 

● Research trending topics, reels, and viral formats 

● Help manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) 

● Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond if required 

● Assist in influencer/UGC coordination (if needed) 

● Track performance and prepare basic reports 

What You Will Learn:

● End-to-end social media management 

● Content strategy and brand positioning 

● How to create viral and engaging content 

● Understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms 

● Basics of performance tracking and analytics 

Required Skills: 

● Strong interest in social media and content creation

● Good writing skills (English + Hinglish is a plus) 

● Creative thinking and trend awareness 

● Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools 

● Willingness to learn and take initiative
