Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing social media trends, crafting and executing content strategies, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with the digital team to drive brand growth. The individual will also monitor social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and high audience engagement.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Skills in crafting and executing effective Content Strategies
  • Strong Communication and Writing capabilities
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and current social media trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts is advantageous
