We're looking for candidates available to work from our Bangalore office. This role is strictly on-site, and remote work is not offered.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Account Manager to lead client communication, social media strategy. This role combines creative thinking, relationship management, and performance-driven digital marketing to ensure consistent brand growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
  • Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes, and creative direction across platforms.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams for the timely delivery of creatives and posts.
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and audience behaviour to optimize content performance.
  • Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, business priorities, and campaign expectations.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, present reports, and recommend growth strategies.
  • Ensure smooth execution of deliverables within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and transparency.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with paid media and strategy teams for campaign planning.
  • Support lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and creatives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, new formats, and platform expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 12 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, social media dashboards, and basic performance metrics.
