This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Daily tasks include content planning and creation, overseeing social media campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, and collaborating with team members to align strategies with broader marketing goals. Additionally, the role involves monitoring trends and analytics to refine social media performance and improve reach and impact.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies.
• Understanding of social media trends and analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a creative and results-driven work environment.
• Relevant experience in managing social media accounts for businesses and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and familiarity with advertising platforms is a bonus.
