Job Description: Social Media Executive
Location: New Delhi (Nearest Metro Station: Central Secretariat)
Interview Location: Gurugram Head Office
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Shift Requirement: Rotational shifts (3-shift work environment)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, audience engagement, and executing platform-specific strategies.
This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and adapt to a rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
Create engaging social media content including captions, creatives, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns and marketing objectives.
Develop platform-specific social media strategies to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Monitor trends, hashtags, viral content, and competitor activities to keep the brand presence updated and relevant.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on social media performance.
Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages professionally and on time.
Assist in running paid campaigns and boosting posts when required.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media planning.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and execution.
Preferred Skills
Experience in reel/video content ideation.
Familiarity with paid social campaigns.
Knowledge of influencer collaborations and online community management.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
