Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will oversee Artarium's presence across social media channels, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content that reflects the brand's luxury décor positioning. Responsibilities include managing daily posts and stories, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and moderating communities to build a strong brand voice. The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with design and product teams on visual assets, and coordinating with marketing for promotions and product launches. The Social Media Manager will also track performance metrics, analyze insights, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt content for diverse audiences and formats.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage with customers, and represent the brand consistently.
- Experience working with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social advertising is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in lifestyle, décor, fashion, or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
