This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, optimizing content for engagement, crafting compelling posts, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with the content and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively
• Knowledge of trending social media platforms and tools to enhance engagement
• Experience with analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize social media performance
• Creative and strategic thinking to develop campaigns that achieve business objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience managing social media for brands or organizations is a plus
