Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring online trends. Responsibilities include creating impactful campaigns, measuring campaign performance, engaging with online audiences, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proven expertise in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage audiences and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in social media tools and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to balance deadlines with qualitative output
  • Experience with digital marketing or a relevant domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
