Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager position located in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media performance (SMO), creating engaging posts, and fostering audience interaction. The individual will also collaborate with team members to align social media activities with overarching business goals.

- Strong communication skills and ability to craft compelling messaging
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Creative Writing and high-quality content creation skills
- Familiarity with latest social media trends and platform analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated professional with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing social media for technology or trading-related businesses is a plus
