  • Maintain all social media platforms, improve fanbase, engagement, insights, and execute growth plans.
  • Prepare content calendars and manage the timely execution of social media posts.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize the latest social media tools and generate comprehensive reports on performance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their social media needs are met and continuously improve client satisfaction.
  • Enhance and tailor social media content strategies for each client on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct competition analysis and provide suggestions to improve engagement, followers and direct messages.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to achieve desired lead generation results.
  • Handle social media crises and manage reputation by responding promptly and effectively to negative feedback or issues.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
  • Implement effective SEO and hashtag strategies to increase visibility and reach.
  • Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Regularly analyze industry trends and adapt strategies to keep the social media presence innovative and effective.
