We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build brand presence and community engagement across social platforms, driving awareness, consideration, and customer connection through compelling social-first content.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Lead social content creation and community management
- Manage social media calendar and coordinate with content, campaign, and brand teams
- Drive social-first campaigns that build awareness and engagement with target audiences
- Monitor social conversations, respond to comments, and build community relationships
- Track social performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights
- Manage influencer relationships and social partnerships
- Ensure social content complies with financial services regulations
- Stay current with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years social media management experience, preferably in B2C or financial services
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices across major social platforms
- Demonstrated creative storytelling ability with proven understanding of what drives social engagement
- Advanced experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Knowledge of paid social media strategy and social advertising across platforms
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services social content
- Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into action
- Crisis management experience and proven ability to handle sensitive situations
- Proficiency in community management and engagement tactics
- Knowledge of influencer relationships and partnership strategies
- Ability to develop and execute social-first campaign strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
