Job Description

TheraYog is a wellness company deeply committed to excellence in holistic health, combining traditional yoga, Ayurveda, and compassionate care. With online yoga classes, doctor and diet consultations. TheraYog integrates ancient wisdom with modern convenience.

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Create content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and

others.

Identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.

2. Content Creation & Management

Plan engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.

3. Platform Management

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.

Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.

Build and nurture an engaged online community.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.

Analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.

Optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends.

5. Paid Campaign Coordination

Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.

Collaborate with the performance marketing team to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

6. Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

25 years of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.

Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot across systems.
