Job Description

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

● Develop and implement monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

● Create content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and

others.

● Identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.

2. Content Creation & Management

● Plan engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.

● Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution.

● Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.

3. Platform Management

● Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.

● Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.

● Build and nurture an engaged online community.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

● Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.

● Analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.

● Optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends.

5. Paid Campaign Coordination

● Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.

● Collaborate with the performance marketing team to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

6. Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis

● Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

● Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

● 2–5 years of experience in social media management.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.

● Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

● Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics.

● Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

● Strong organizational and documentation skills.

● Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot across systems.
