Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Corporate and Leadership Branding

Manage and maintain the official social media accounts of Company, including leadership profiles of the CEO and COO.

Develop and execute a structured content calendar focused on corporate branding, thought leadership, organizational culture, achievements, and key milestones.

Position senior leadership as credible industry voices, particularly on LinkedIn.

Platform Management

Lead content strategy and execution primarily on LinkedIn for corporate communication, leadership insights, hiring updates, and industry-related content.

Manage secondary platform presence on Instagram, focusing on organizational culture, events, employee engagement, and behind-the-scenes content.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Content Development and Publishing

Lead content strategy and execution primarily on LinkedIn for corporate communication, leadership insights, hiring updates, and industry-related content.

Manage secondary platform presence on Instagram, focusing on organizational culture, events, employee engagement, and behind-the-scenes content.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Community Management and Engagement

Monitor social media channels for comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.

Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

Participate in relevant industry conversations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Track audience engagement and follower growth across platforms.

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.

Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Continuously optimize content strategy based on analytics and performance trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 34 years of experience in managing corporate and leadership social media accounts.

Strong expertise in LinkedIn content strategy (mandatory requirement).

Sound understanding of Instagram brand-building strategies.

Prior experience with B2B, FinTech, BFSI, or corporate brands will be preferred.

Excellent written English communication and storytelling skills.

Working knowledge of social media management and analytics tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent platforms.

Basic graphic design or video editing skills will be considered an added advantage.

Key Competencies

Strong understanding of corporate reputation management and professional branding.

Ability to convert business activities and leadership insights into meaningful digital content.

High level of ownership, consistency, discretion, and confidentiality, especially while managing leadership accounts.

Ability to collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
