Position: Social Media Manager

Experience Required: 2+ Years (Agency experience preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and strengthen our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive social media strategies, driving engagement and growth, managing campaigns, and overseeing content execution across platforms.

This role requires both creative vision and analytical expertise to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with business goals
  • Create and manage structured content calendars ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy
  • Identify new growth opportunities and platform innovations

2. Content Direction & Oversight

Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content including posts, carousels, short-form videos, GIFs, memes, and infographics

Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency

Guide content planning based on campaign objectives and performance insights

3. Community & Brand Engagement

Manage audience engagement and brand communication across platforms

Build and nurture online communities to increase brand loyalty and engagement

Develop initiatives to enhance audience interaction and growth

4. Campaign Management & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness

Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements

Coordinate with performance marketing teams to maximize ROI

5. Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track KPIs, analyze social media performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve results

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, PPC, and SEO teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to integrated campaign planning

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates

Experience managing paid campaigns across social platforms

Proficiency in tools such as Canva and basic graphic/video editing tools

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

Excellent communication and content-writing skills

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced agency environment
