Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy, and hardworking Content Creator who understands Gen Z culture, social media trends, influencer marketing, and viral content strategies. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours, proactive with campaign execution, and passionate about creating engaging digital content that drives brand growth and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for Instagram, reels, stories, YouTube shorts, and other social media platforms
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral audios, memes, and Gen Z content styles
- Plan and execute creative campaigns, promotional shoots, and brand activations
- Manage influencer collaborations, influencer line-ups, and campaign coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, staff, models, and influencers during shoots
- Generate fresh content ideas daily to increase engagement and reach
- Handle behind-the-scenes content, treatment videos, transformation reels, and educational content
- Assist in scripting, shoot planning, captions, and content calendars
- Ensure content aligns with brand image, luxury aesthetics, and current market trends
- Be available for flexible working hours during shoots, events, launches, and campaign days
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, Gen Z audience behavior, and viral marketing
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign execution
- Creative mindset with excellent content ideation skills
- Hardworking, fast-paced, and able to work under pressure
- Flexible with timings and available for urgent shoots/content requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing apps is preferred
- Passion for beauty, skincare, fashion, and lifestyle content is a plus
