Job Description

We're looking for someone who can help improve:

·        COD confirmation

·        abandoned cart recovery

·        prepaid conversions

·        customer experience

·        RTO reduction

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs/comments

·        Confirm COD orders via calls and WhatsApp

·        Recover abandoned carts and assist customers in completing purchases

·        Help customers with sizing, fit and order-related queries

·        Coordinate with operations team for smooth order processing

·        Encourage prepaid conversions wherever possible

Preferred:

·        Ecommerce / D2C experience

·        Good communication skills in Hindi & English

·        Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and Instagram handling

·        Proactive and customer-focused mindset
