Designation: Social Media Manager 

About the Role-

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to manage Startup Pedia's presence across all platforms. This role is for someone who understands content, growth, founders, and storytelling, and can turn stories, podcasts, and insights into high-performing social content.

You'll work closely with the editorial, marketing, and design teams, and external clients to ensure our content looks great, performs well, and reaches the right audience.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Startup Pedia's social media platforms
• Scheduling daily content that goes live across platforms
• Responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience
• Planning and managing social media campaigns for special launches, promotional offers, and collaborations

2. Coordinate with clients and PR agencies to ensure content is made, executed, and posted in a timely manner

• This includes coordination with the writer (for any last-minute issues, in rare cases) and graphic designer to see if the visual assets are visually appealing and on-brand
• Prepare performance reports for clients featured on Startup Pedia

3. Take ownership of executing and scaling Startup Pedia's newly launched podcast across platforms

• This includes brainstorming for new ideas, trends, and creative angles that Startup Pedia can explore
• Off-the-record conversations with guests and their teams to understand if everyone is on the same page

4. Stay updated with industry trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms

• This includes occasionally fishing for any news-worthy post that should be covered by Startup Pedia
• Any creative inputs are welcome
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy to drive growth and engagement. This includes checking our website and seeing why an article performed or underperformed

Salary: Up to Rs 50k per month (In-hand Salary)

Working days: Monday – Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM)
