About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing creative agency in New Delhi (South). This is a pivotal, full-time role that involves managing the social media presence and campaigns for a diverse roster of our clients across various industries.

You will be expected to execute strategic social media initiatives, drive community engagement, and measure performance to deliver tangible business results for our clients. You will work directly with the Creative Head on strategy and play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Client Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique goals and brand guidelines of multiple agency clients.
  • Collaborate directly with the Creative Head to align social media strategy with overall creative and business objectives.
  • Present strategies, campaign performance, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling manner, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure client strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Content & Execution

  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of high-quality, engaging content across all relevant social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Work closely with in-house design and copywriting teams (or freelancers) to ensure all assets are on-brand, creatively excellent, and optimized for each platform.
  • Manage client social media calendars and publishing schedules, ensuring consistency and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Actively manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages to build positive brand interactions for clients.

Analysis & Business Development

  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance across all social channels using relevant analytics tools (e.g., native insights, Google Analytics, third-party platforms).
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future social media strategies and content for clients.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and articulating new social media opportunities, proposing innovative solutions, and participating in pitches for new clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience:3-4 years of proven, hands-on experience managing social media for multiple brands, preferably within a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment.
  • Location: Must be based in New Delhi and available to work full-time from our office.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their unique audience and content requirements.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrable experience in contributing to or leading social media strategy development.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising (paid media) is a plus.
