Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of creative social media campaigns, manage social media profiles across various platforms, monitor analytics and performance metrics, and optimize strategies to enhance audience engagement. Daily responsibilities will include managing content calendars, collaborating with internal teams to create and share impactful content, and staying updated with trends to implement innovative practices effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to develop engaging and impactful content
• Experience in crafting and implementing Content Strategies tailored for diverse audiences
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and transform insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or equivalent expertise is highly valued
