About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in content creation, brand storytelling, analytics, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, stories, campaigns).
  • Lead calendar planning for monthly and weekly content.
  • Work with designers and video editors to develop visually appealing creatives.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and identify creators who fit the brand identity.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
  • Own community management: reply to comments, DMs, and manage audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, e-commerce) for campaign integration.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or creators.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and trending content formats.
  • Hands-on experience with reels, scripts, and creative ideation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Later, Analytics tools, etc.
  • Ability to understand brand positioning and maintain a consistent voice.
  • Creativity, trend awareness, and strong aesthetic sense.
Additional Preferences (Good to Have)
  • Experience working with influencers or managing collaborations.
  • Understanding of brand communication and consumer behavior.
Education
  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields preferred.
