Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, social media strategy, analytics, and account management to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end brand handling across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media and content strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) shoots, coordinating with creators, influencers, and internal teams.
- Create detailed content briefs for designers, videographers, and creators to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage and grow social media communities by actively responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic content with paid campaigns.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and optimize strategy accordingly.
- Handle multiple brand accounts efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and timelines.
- Work closely with design, marketing teams to launch campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, festivals, launches, and moment marketing activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Insights).
- Excellent understanding of community management and engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns (optional but a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns or content creation is highly desirable.
