This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, developing content aligned with brand goals, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. Daily tasks will also include analyzing performance metrics, facilitating content strategy discussions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Proficiency in Content Strategy development and implementation
• Ability to utilize analytics tools to track and measure social media performance
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms
