*This is an on-site role with office hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our social media team. The ideal candidate understands digital storytelling, is comfortable on camera, and consistently produces engaging, high-quality content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role demands someone who stays ahead of trends, understands audience motivations, and creates content that drives engagement, brand visibility, and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ideate, script, design, film, and edit engaging formats including posts, stories, reels, and carousels.
  • Confidently create face-to-camera reels, delivering clear, compelling, student-focused messaging.
  • Ensure content consistency with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor content to maintain a fresh, relevant creative approach.
  • Write optimized captions, hashtags, and descriptions to improve organic reach.
  • Incorporate keyword insights to enhance content discoverability and performance.

  • Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos optimized for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Use tools such as Canva and CapCut to add transitions, graphics, subtitles, and animations.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual style across all social assets.

  • Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track the performance of social media content: reach, engagement, saves, shares, and conversions.
  • Prepare periodic reports and leverage insights to refine content strategy.
  • Experiment with formats, hooks, styles, and posting patterns to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong on-camera presence and ability to create face-led reels confidently.
  • Understanding of platform behavior and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, visual design, and trend adaptation.
  • Ability to work quickly, manage tight timelines, and execute multiple content pieces simultaneously.
