Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Creation
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more).
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs,
videos, infographics) aligned with Decode Age's brand voice.
- Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Implement social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and
conversions.
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, and awareness initiatives
through creative digital storytelling.
- Community & Listening
- Manage community interactions: respond to queries, comments, and DMs
promptly.
- Conduct social listening to track audience sentiment, competitor activity, and
industry conversations.
- Analytics & Growth
- Provide detailed analysis of social media performance and understand
growth metrics (engagement, reach, followers, traffic, conversions).
- Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and viral strategies to enhance
visibility.
Requirements
- Masters or equivalent degree in marketing, communications, Media, or related
field.
- 3-7 years of social media management experience (wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle
Brand Experience Preferred).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize campaigns.
