Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Lead who understands fashion, culture, and conversations.
Someone who can build a distinctive brand voice, create scroll-stopping content, and scale
influencer marketing to drive both brand love and business growth.
This role requires equal parts creative instinct and performance orientation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Strategy & Content
Build and execute social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned to launches, campaigns, and key sale moments.
Lead ideation for reels, static content, IPs, memes, and community-driven formats.
Ensure brand voice is sharp, relatable, and culturally relevant.
Drive engagement growth (not just reach) through relatable humour, trends, and conversation-led content.
2. Influencer Marketing
Build and scale a strong influencer ecosystem (macro, micro, and creators).
Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end: identification, negotiation, briefing, execution, tracking.
Create long-term creator partnerships and recurring brand IPs.
Drive measurable ROI across awareness, engagement, and conversions.
3. Performance & Analytics
Track KPIs: reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth, and conversions.
Translate insights into actionable content improvements.
Work closely with performance marketing to amplify high-performing content.
Benchmark against key lingerie and fashion brands in the market.
4. Community & Brand Building
Own community management and social listening.
Build a culturally relevant, conversation-led brand presence.
Respond to trends quickly while maintaining brand consistency.
Who You Are
78 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in fashion, beauty, D2C, or lifestyle brands).
Strong understanding of Instagram-first content ecosystems.
Proven experience managing influencer marketing at scale.
Deep understanding of reels, trends, and algorithm-driven growth.
Strong creative judgement with business acumen.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, high-ownership environment.
