Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Kochi

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead RoshAi's social media presence and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong online brand, managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

This role requires a combination of content strategy, storytelling, analytics, and brand building to position RoshAi as a leader in autonomous mobility and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business, branding, and hiring goals

-Build RoshAi's brand presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

-Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, events and company milestones

-Content Creation & Management

-Create and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, carousels, videos, and stories

-Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and HR teams to showcase:

  • Product innovations
  • Autonomous vehicle developments
  • AI technology insights
  • Employee stories and company culture

-Write compelling captions, hashtags, and storytelling narratives that drive engagement

Brand & Thought Leadership

-Position company leadership and technical experts as thought leaders in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems

-Amplify company announcements, partnerships, and achievements

-Manage LinkedIn thought leadership posts for leadership team

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for
  • Product launches
  • Technology demos
  • Hiring drives

Events and conferences

-Work with design and video teams to create campaign creatives and multimedia content

Analytics & Performance Tracking

-Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance

-Provide monthly insights and recommendations to improve performance

-Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience insights

Community Management

-Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages

-Build an active online community around AI, robotics, and deep tech innovation

-Monitor brand mentions and maintain positive brand reputation

Employer Branding

-Work closely with HR to support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives

-Showcase company culture, employee stories, and innovation journeys

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 36 years of experience managing social media for brands, startups, or tech companies
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content strategy
  • Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience with social media tools
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and improve performance
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously
