Alluring Monks is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently manage multiple client accounts. This role is strictly for professionals with hands on industry experience. It is not a beginner position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee social media accounts for 6 to 7 brands simultaneously

Plan, schedule, and execute content strategies across platforms

Coordinate closely with designers to ensure timely content delivery and brand alignment

Monitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data insights

Maintain structured workflows, content calendars, and reporting systems

Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and communication

Work closely with the internal team to maintain quality and deadlines

Tools Knowledge Required

Candidates should have working experience using professional social media and marketing tools such as:

Google Analytics

Hootsuite

Sprout Social

HubSpot

Notion

Meta Business Suite

Buffer

Later

Required Skills

Minimum 4 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management

Proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta platforms

Knowledge of analytics, performance tracking, and reporting

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
