Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. The individual will also work closely with the video production teams to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media trends, and engaging with the audience to build and maintain a strong online presence.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of various social media platforms and trends
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in media production or related industry is a plus
