Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role will involve strategizing, managing, and implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns to engage audiences and promote clients brands. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, ensuring robust online presence through social media optimization (SMO), and collaborating with the creative team to align social media content with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and creating engaging content for various platforms.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including knowledge of analytics tools to track and improve performance.
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and convey brand messages.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and deliver results while adhering to deadlines.
• Knowledge of advertising trends and media planning is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
