Strategy & Planning:

Content Creation & Curation:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce original multimedia content.

Community Engagement & Management:
- Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster an online community by initiating discussions and engaging with followers.
- Serve as the first line of customer service, escalating issues when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns.
