Social Media Manager

· Role Overview: The Social Media Manager will own BE and Mother Diary's social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, reels, stories and community-led formats. The role requires strong platform understanding, content planning, creator coordination and brand aesthetic judgment.

· Key Responsibilities:

o Build and manage monthly social media calendar across BE and MD

o Own social content across product education, product launches, testimonials, mom care, baby care, gifting, Mother Diary prompts and expert-led content

o Maintain the approved BE social aesthetic including warm nostalgic baby-care visuals, ivory backgrounds, lavender and butter-yellow accents, polka dots, stripes, soft product flatlays and premium editorial layouts

o Coordinate with GenY Labs for creatives, reels, paid assets and monthly performance reports

o Manage influencer briefs, creator coordination, content approvals and campaign tracking

o Monitor DMs, comments, mentions, trends, social sentiment and customer queries

o Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, profile visits, link clicks and community sign-ups

· Preferred Profile:

o 3 to 6 years of experience in social media management for consumer, lifestyle, D2C, wellness or parenting brands

o Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, community content and creator-led marketing

o Excellent eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
