• Retarget & scale – deploy Meta Pixels, align with paid-ads squad, close every loop.

• Monthly revenue from organic + paid social

• 3–6 yrs proven revenue-driving social media experience (global D2C, health, or wellness a plus).
• Track record of hitting sales targets through content + campaign execution.
• Fluent with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Canva/Figma, GA4, HubSpot/Later.
• Killer copywriting & story-selling skills—can turn a symptom into a swipe-right solution.
• Data-first mindset; comfort owning a number and reverse-engineering the plan.
