Job Description:

We seek an innovative Social Media Manager to drive our agency's social media marketing and branding projects. This role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure strategies are fresh and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead brand strategy and communication roadmaps.
• Ideate and visualize creative social media strategies.
• Build, present, and pitch branding strategies for diverse clients.
• Oversee communication campaigns and calendars, ensuring timely execution.
• Interact with copy, creative, and social media teams to refine content aligning with client objectives.
• Lead and motivate teams with empathy, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead with social media trends and best practices.
• Conduct monthly reporting and analysis of campaign performance.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Branding or Mass Communications
• Agency experience will be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proven agency experience in advertising, branding, and social media marketing.
• Expertise in LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Blogging, and Instagram.
• Creative thinker with strong visual design and communication skills.
• Proficient with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
