We specialize in customized holidays, flight bookings, visa assistance, and complete travel solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build a strong travel community online.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of content strategy, content creation, organic growth, social media analytics, and community engagement.

This role requires someone who can combine creativity with performance metrics to build brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and content formats relevant to the travel industry.

Content Planning & Creation

  • Plan engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create content briefs for designers, content creators, and video editors.
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and social media copy.
  • Coordinate photo, video, and user-generated content requirements.

Organic Growth & Community Management

  • Grow followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Build and nurture an active travel-focused online community.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and report social media KPIs.
  • Analyze content performance and audience behavior.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Design, Content, and Paid Ads teams.
  • Support campaign launches and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience in content planning and content creation.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of travel, tourism, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Reels and short-form video content strategy.
  • Influencer and creator collaborations.
  • Basic design and video editing understanding.
  • Experience with AI tools for content ideation and productivity.
