Social Media Manager

About the Job

This is a full-time role, for a Social Media Executive. The role involves managing company social media channels, planning and executing content strategies, and optimizing campaigns to improve engagement through social media optimization. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms while supporting overall business goals through digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Manage company social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter

Plan, create, and publish content across platforms

Maintain and follow content calendars

Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs and approvals

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond professionally

Support execution of social media campaigns and promotions

Ensure brand tone and messaging remain consistent

Stay updated on platform changes and posting best practices

Strong Digital Marketing skills and understanding of online engagement strategies

Familiarity with social media tools and platforms

Analytical skills to measure and report performance metrics for social media campaigns

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

1 to 3 years of experience in social media management

Hands-on experience handling LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter

Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Attention to detail in content and scheduling
