Role Description

As the Social Media & Brand Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our internal manufacturing excellence and our external digital presence. You will act as our Brand Guardian, ensuring our marketing agency has the resources and direction needed to execute high-performing campaigns while taking a hands-on approach to content capture within our Mumbai facility and beyond.

This role is designed for a proactive specialist who understands B2B brand strategy and isn't afraid to pick up a camera to document the artistry behind our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency Management & Coordination:

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for our digital marketing agency, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand's aesthetic and business goals.
  • Workflow Oversight: Manage the marketing calendar to ensure the agency receives timely approvals, assets, and feedback to meet posting deadlines.
  • Resource Procurement: Proactively gather internal resources such as product samples, fabric details, and factory access to fuel the agency's creative process.

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • In-House Shooting: Capture high-quality behind-the-scenes reels, product photography, and factory footage to provide the agency with raw, authentic material.
  • Field Shoots: Travel with management to various locations, client sites, or events to shoot dynamic content for marketing and brand-building use.
  • Storytelling: Identify unique narratives within our manufacturing process from initial design sketches to the final stitch and translate them into engaging social media concepts.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content (internal and agency-produced) reflects our premium, design-forward standards.

3. Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Organic Growth: Collaborate with the agency on strategies that highlight our B2B expertise, manufacturing scale, and industry leadership.
  • Trend Integration: Monitor trends in the textile, fashion, and uniform sectors to keep the brand relevant and thought-provoking.
  • Performance Tracking: Review monthly agency reports and provide internal stakeholders with insights on lead generation and engagement.

4. Operational Support

  • Lead Coordination: Monitor social media inquiries and promptly route potential business leads to the sales team.
  • Online Reputation (ORM): Maintain a professional and responsive brand image by managing audience interactions across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years in Social Media Management or Brand Coordination. Experience in fashion, textiles, or manufacturing is a significant advantage.
  • Content Skills: Proficiency in mobile photography and videography (specifically for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn). Familiarity with tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express/Lightroom.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to manage both agency relationships and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with a make things happen attitude and a strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation for content shoots with the management team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
